We hope that your experience with Z Y N E is as effortless as possible. However, we acknowledge that you may have questions.
Shipping and Delivery
Due to high demand, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process your order. If there is a lack of inventory at your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large quantity of products. Shipping time is based on your location; please expect 9 to 12 business days after order processing to receive your package, depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated in the post office system. Please note that your order is on the way, and there is no delay in the package itself, only in the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order on your country’s post website.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
