Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you the best products. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery after your order is processed. For crochet items, each piece is carefully handmade just for you, so delivery may take 15–35 business days. We appreciate your patience while we create something special.

Tracking

Tracking numbers may or may not be provided. If you would like an update on your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully prior to placing your order.

Wrong Address


It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package


Once an order is confirmed as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. In rare cases where a package is marked as delivered but not received, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier for further investigation.
