Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you the best products. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery after your order is processed. For crochet items, each piece is carefully handmade just for you, so delivery may take 15–20 business days. We appreciate your patience while we create something special.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to begin updating.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are offered at special sale prices, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Wrong Address


It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
