Standard delivery: 7–10 business days after order processing.

Handmade crochet items: 15–35 business days due to custom craftsmanship.

Tracking: Tracking numbers may or may not be provided. If you would like an update on your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order is confirmed delivered, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
